What gets a response
A specific problem beats a polished cover letter.
Tell us what you have built, measured or found difficult. Link to the artifact. A short technical note, a clean reproduction or a thoughtful benchmark criticism is more useful than a page of general enthusiasm.
We cannot promise a role or project. We can promise not to advertise jobs that do not exist.
